French Poetry and Art Song Settings by French Composers

The AF will sponsor another opportunity to attend the delightful event—Le Mariage de la Poésie et de la Musique—French Poetry and Art Song Settings by French Composers, at The Church in the Forest, 3152 Forest Lake Road, Pebble Beach, CA, on Sunday, 17 May, 4:00 P.M. Melinda Armstead is the pianist; Katherine Edison, soprano, and Bob Armstead, bass-baritone, will sing.

This scholarship fund-raising event will consist of the reading of a series of poems by French poets Charles Baudelaire, Paul Verlaine, and others.
